Web Designer / Senior Web Designer
The Role
We are a disruptive start-up women’s jewelry lifestyle brand marketed to 18-32 year olds, looking for a smart, savvy, creative and innovative Web Designer to join the team!
This individual will be the Design lead for the website and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker who can work autonomously and showcase strong inter-departmental communication skills.
We are looking for someone who is driven to further define the look and feel of a groundbreaking fashion brand.

Requirements
- Must have an online portfolio for us to preview.
- Experience working across teams (branding, marketing, developers) to assess needs and make recommendations on smart design solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-pace startup environment.
- 3+ years of interactive experience at leading consumer Internet company, publisher, agency, or startup.
- Deep understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation.
- Full knowledge of the design process, refinement and production.
- Online eCommerce experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of SEO also beneficial, but not mandatory.
