How do I place an order?
Ordering is easy. You can order 1) via your Merchandiser directly 2) on our website www.chloeandisabel.com 24/7. You can view the products to purchase on our website under “Our Jewelry” in the navigation bar. Once you find product(s) that you would like to purchase, select the product by clicking on the image and “add to cart”. Once the product is in your shopping basket, you can continue shopping or check out and buy the product. As you check out, you will be asked to either put your account details in (if you are a returning customer) or create an account if you are a new customer. You will then need to select your Merchandiser by typing her name. If you do not have a Merchandiser, one will be given to you. Regardless of who is your Merchandiser, this in no way changes anything about your order. Once the Merchandiser is selected, you will be prompted to enter your billing and shipping addresses, select your preferred shipping method, enter your payment details (via a secure payment process), and confirm your order. Once your order is submitted, you should receive your order within 5 days.

How do I locate a Merchandiser near me?
You may already have a Merchandiser by placing your initial order through the c + i website or were introduced to your Merchandiser as you attended a trunk show. If you do not already have a Merchandiser, you will be assigned one (upon check out) from the closest geographical region to your home address.

Are all items available?
We try to ensure that products listed on our site and in our catalogue are always in stock so that we can ship them to you immediately. In the rare circumstances when a product is no longer available, we will notify you through email, we will not process your order and your credit card will not be charged.

How do I cancel or change an order?
You can cancel your order and obtain a refund at anytime BEFORE we process the order at our warehouse, which is normally within 60 minutes of placing an order. Email customer care immediately ([email protected]) to help you through this process. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed at the warehouse, it can not be cancelled or changed.

How do I find the status of my order?
Upon successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact customer care ([email protected]). Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive another email confirming shipment as well as tracking information. Based on when the order is submitted, you may experience a 72-hour delay in receiving the tracking information email.

The item that I want is out of stock. What do I do now?
chole + isabel takes pride in ensuring our products are always in stock. In the unfortunate instance a product is unavailable and on back order, you will be able to buy the item. It will be shipped to you once it available in our warehouse. If an item is out of stock and not on back order, you will not be able to purchase that item and it will be marked on our site as “sold out”.

Do you do back orders?
chloe + isabel does allow backorders for items that have a guaranteed replenishment date. If you purchase a back-ordered item, you will clearly see that the items are on back-order. Your item will then be shipped to you when it’s back in stock.

We offer free shipping on regular orders over $100! For regular orders under $100, we charge a flat shipping rate of $5.95. For Merchandiser starter kits, we charge a flat shipping rate of $7.95.

If your order included multiple items all processed at the same time, your products will almost always be shipped together, in one box, and arrive at your doorstep the same time. This Lifetime Replacement Guarantee is offered by chloe + isabel; therefore, ALL returns or exchanges MUST be handled through the company and NOT the Merchandiser. Cash refunds are not available after 30 days from original ship date.
Other important points about our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee:
- Jewelry may be returned for replacement due to a manufacturer's defect, with your original Customer Purchase Receipt/proof of purchase.
- Jewelry returned within 90 days will be replaced at no charge.
- You will receive a merchandise certificate.

Our jewelry is produced at the world’s most well-known fashion jewelry manufacturer, who also creates fashion jewelry for brands such as: Neiman Marcus, Barney’s and Bergdorf Goodman.

What materials are used in c + i jewelry?
We use the highest of quality materials in all of our creations. Each piece of jewelry goes through a rigorous quality control process. Our jewelry is hand-crafted, nickel-free, hypo-allergenic, lead-safe, and complies with the highest of standards. We use brass and other base metals for all of our jewelry. For some styles we also use semi-precious stones among other sparkly and beautiful materials such as Czech crystals, resin, glass, thread, fabric, and pearls. Our jewelry includes surgical steel posts on earrings, 2” extenders on necklaces and signature c+i branded closures.

What is the best way to care for my jewelry?
Lightly polish each piece of jewelry after you wear it with a soft cotton cloth. For rings, try to remove them when you wash your hands that way the plating will not wear off. Store your jewelry in the pouch you received to protect it from getting scratched and keep the pouch in a sealed plastic baggie. Do not shower or go swimming with your jewelry.
