Chloe + Isabel Dynamic Duos Contest

CONTEST RULES

“The Dynamic Duo” contest is open to any existing Chloe + Isabel Merchandiser who invites another person (an “Invitee”) to become Chloe + Isabel Merchandiser.  The invitation must be sent using the existing Merchandiser’s Chloe + Isabel Online Office between 03/12/15 and 06/30/15. Merchandisers can invite up to 10 invitees during the contest period, 03/12/15 - 06/30/15.

Each participating Chloe + Isabel Merchandiser must submit a “Dynamic Duo Story” via online entry form on the C + I invitation page in the Online Office prior to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on 06/30/15.  The Dynamic Duo Story should include a brief description of what makes the participating Chloe + Isabel Merchandiser and their Invitee a “Dynamic Duo,” to be no more than 500 words at length.  By submitting a Dynamic Duo Story, each participating Chloe + Isabel Merchandiser (1) represents and warrants to Chloe and Isabel, Inc. that the Dynamic Duo Story is the original written work product of the submitting Chloe + Isabel Merchandiser, and (2) grants to Chloe + Isabel an irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reprint, publicize and share in any format all or any part of the Dynamic Duo Story as part of Chloe + Isabel’s promotional and marketing efforts and for any other lawful purpose without notice, consent, attribution or additional consideration.  By submitting a Dynamic Duo Story, each Chloe + Isabel Merchandiser associated with such submission acknowledges and expressly agrees to these contest rules.

Each participating Chloe + Isabel Merchandiser will be eligible to receive one of two trips to New York City for themselves and their Invitee (a “Qualifying Pair”) to meet Chloe + Isabel’s CEO, Chantel Waterbury and her Dynamic Duo guest, to be awarded based on the following criteria:

• One trip to New York City will be awarded to the participating Chloe + Isabel Merchandiser that, together with their Invitee, achieves the highest total gross Chloe + Isabel sales (net of sales tax, shipping/surcharges and any returns/refunds) between 03/12/15 – 06/30/15.
• One trip to New York City will be awarded to the participating Chloe + Isabel Merchandiser that submits the Dynamic Duo Story which is the most compelling of those submitted, as determined by Chloe and Isabel, Inc. and its staff in their sole discretion.

The trips to New York City must be taken personally by the winning Qualifying Pair on such dates as are reasonably acceptable to Chloe and Isabel, Inc. and may not be transferred or assigned.  The trips to New York City are the sole form of prize offered to contest winners and may not be exchanged for monetary value or delayed except as agreed by Chloe and Isabel, Inc.  The Qualifying Pair must travel alone during the trip to New York City.  The trips to New York City will be comprised of an agenda to be determined by Chloe & Isabel, Inc. in its sole discretion including open hours to explore the city and an opportunity to meet Chloe + Isabel’s CEO, Chantel Waterbury (and her Dynamic Duo guest). Covered trip expenses will include a coach class round-trip flights to/from New York City, shared accommodations in lodgings of Chloe + Isabel’s choice while in New York City, transport to/from the airport in  New York City and to/from Chloe + Isabel scheduled events/meals , Chloe + Isabel-hosted meals, and a per diem to be determined by Chloe + Isabel.  All other costs, liabilities and expenses, including the cost of any side trips, accommodations for additional persons, the extension of the trip, insurance and incidentals will be the sole responsibility of the contest winner. Contest winners within the tri-state area will receive a $250 travel voucher in lieu of payment for flights to New York City.

The Dynamic Duo contest is being offered by Chloe and Isabel, Inc., 122 Hudson St, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10013 which reserves the right to cancel the contest or alter the terms and conditions thereof at any time.  Selection of winners and other determinations regarding The Dynamic Duo contest shall be made by Chloe and Isabel, Inc. in its sole discretion and such determinations shall be final and binding with respect to all participants in the contest.  Contest winners will be notified via email to the contact email address associated with their Chloe + Isabel Merchandiser account. The Dynamic Duo contest is not legally open to non-U.S. residents.  No purchase is necessary in order to be eligible to participate.
